Golf Outings are all about the location, the venue, the food, you the coordinator, the reason for having the event and most importantly the details. Royal St. Patrick's staff and services are committed to providing exactly what “you deserve” for your commitment.

The reason for having an event are endless, but here are some of reasons Royal St. Patrick’s is chosen:

The Location

We are located halfway between Appleton and Green Bay with easy access to Hwy 41.  You have the ability to pull players from two major markets without inconveniencing either one. Some of our events have doubled their players simply by moving here and targeting the other city and surrounding communities. No country roads, no bad directions. Even the novice will find us and feel welcomed.

The Venue

We have an extremely unique Links style layout. For a great description on what the Links hold for your players, click the GOLF tab across top of page and then click The Links in left hand margin. The course is always in magnificent condition and it plays quick and easy in the scramble format. We have paved cart paths which ensure no matter how much rain falls, we can always play. We have a covered cart barn during set-up and rain delays, so players and equipment can be kept try no matter what the weather holds for the day. The clubhouse is a cozy warm environment, not your sterile banquet hall with cafeteria seating.  Don’t forget our 19^th Hole. Used by many events as a Shoot-Out hole or just another way to keep big events playing and entertained.

The Food

One of the key reasons we acquire new outings every year and probably the a reason why so many stay. People care about food, and they expect a quality meal. We have many quality options for all price points.  We pride ourselves on being able to be flexible and inventive in menus, serving, and overall set-up. If you want to dream it, we can do it. If you want to lean on us and use our expertise, (we do 70 of these a year) that works too. Click on Banquet Menu to the left to see our creative options.

YOU The Coordinator

Let’s face it, YOU have a lot riding on this. Your job, your pride, your charity and we get it. You want to look great when it is over, and we’ll make sure that happens. You want quick answers to your many questions, you want that birdie in your ear reminding you of things that must be done, you want the day to run smooth, and you want to feel great when it’s over. We make that happen, that’s why we are the golf course with the largest outing portfolio.

The Reason

Is this to raise money?  We have some of the best ideas in the business. Is this to show appreciation? We understand you want your people treated like gold. Is this to entertain? Where you take them and how the day goes, says a lot about how you do business. If you’re a winner, take them to a winner. Is this for team-building? We realize this can be an escape, a place to recharge, a place to relax. Let us roll out the Royal red carpet for any event.

The Details

Every course will say it, but how many are doing it? We are only 7 years old and we do more events than any of our competition. Here is just a sampling of what you can expect. I wouldn’t want the competition to steal the really good stuff:

Things to Consider:

Tee Favors or Special Gifts

Need something special for everyone, we can order customized gifts for any budget. Ask Nick to provide some novel ideas.

Need Signage

If you are a charity, use your leverage to have them provided as a way of sponsorship. If you are a business looking to acknowledge loyal supporters, ask Nick to provide a list of useful sign companines that can help.

Prizes

We encourage you to use Gift Certificates to the Golf Shop for prizes. Our expert staff will ensure your winners get exactly “what they want”. Another Carhartt pair of gloves or a Packer umbrella just won’t cut it.

Beverages

Cash basis (everyone paying individually) is an option, but seldom used. Tickets are the second option where you choose how many tickets each person gets, and you can choose what they are good for. We bill you for exactly what was consumed, not a penny more. If the ticket is not turned in, you don’t get charged. If everyone drinks water and for-goes the beer, you get off cheap. This is an extremely fair system that most groups use. Open Bar is the third option. Our responsible beverage servers understand that safety and decency are highly important. Used mostly for appreciation events, this method conveys the sincerest thank you of the three.
