Nick Stephens, PGA - Owner &  PGA Head Golf Professional

Nick is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a degree in Criminal Justice. A PGA member since 2003, Nick has serviced Lake Breeze GC, Oshkosh CC, and Northshore GC, before being recruited to be the Golf Professional of Royal St. Patrick's in 2004. In 2008 he took on the added role of General Manager; and in 2012 he completed an odyssey by purchasing the Golf Links.  Nick currently resides in Appleton with his wife Genal and daughters Rowan and Sydney.

Hank Koss III, GCSAA - Golf Links Superintendent

Hank joined the RSPGL team during the construction phase in 2002.  He received his Soils Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and has been a member of the GCSAA since 1996.  Hank lives in Freedom with his wife Shannon, daughters Rachel and Norah, and faithful Golden Retriever, Ruger.  When he is not on the links he likes to spend his free time on the water or in the woods.

 
Eric Giffin - Golf Operations Manager
 
Eric has been at RSPGL since its opening in 2003. Whether you're organizing a league, ordering a set of clubs or scheduling a tee time, Eric's your guy. His passion for golf began in high school and he is currently working towards PGA certification. He lives in Green Bay with his wife, Betsy. Their new son Jack was born just before Christmas 2013.
 
Robert Novitski - Director of Restaurant Operations & Head Chef
 
Bob is the epitome of working your way to the top. He began as a dishwasher here at the course in 2006. Upon graduation he enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at FVTC and worked his way through school right here at Crosswind. In 2009, he assumed the role of Kitchen Manager and in the fall of 2012 he was promoted again to Director of Food Operations. He is an avid outdoors man, and loves to spend he free time perfecting techniques on his charcoal smoker for which he has won some awards. 

Eric Fletcher - Equipment Manager

Eric is a graduate from NWTC with a degree in Material Handling Equipment Mechanics. After graduating, he was employed as the Service Manager at Reinders Inc, Appleton branch. Eric joined RSPGL during the "grow in" stage of 2002. He lives in Sobieski with his wife Karrie and two children Wes and Myles.
