I felt really inspired when we did a golf event and there was such a welcoming of the traditional German style dinner. I never thought it would be as well received as it was..Such a fulfilling response that really made me think.. there aren’t many places in Wisconsin that you can have German food.. especially not in the Valley. For the showcase dinner I want to share meals that I had growing up. Staying true to the flavors and the comfort that comes with eating German food. Growing up eating such unique food, I never understood the value and how special it was to enjoy such thoughtfully prepared dishes. Theres a lot of heart.. soul… time.. that goes into cooking German food, and I am looking forward to sharing that with everyone for the dinner.
